Lint Build-Up Occurs in Every Dryer Duct System.
-
Lint build-up can greatly reduce the exhaust flow rate which causes many dryer exhaust system problems.
-
Restricted flow can trap moisture in the dryer exhaust system, and greatly increase drying times.
-
Trapped moisture can often lead to condensation and premature corrosion of the ductwork.
-
Without proper exhaust heat can build up in the dryer causing it to overheat. This may also result in dryer exhaust system fires.
-
As airflow is restricted a greater amount of lint is deposited before leaving the system, until total blockage occurs.

Scope of Work
When working on dryer exhaust systems, our NADCA certified professionals arrive in our fully equipped trailer ready to work on each dryer exhaust room floor by floor. Our technicians then carefully disconnect the flexible branch exhaust line and move any appliances out of the way of the exhaust vent. We then meticulously and carefully scrape, wire brush and HEPA vacuum the bulk accumulation of dust, dirt and lint from each exhaust line. We then pipe brush and air whip all the lines to remove any remaining dirt deposits. We then reassemble and reinstall your appliances and the branch line. We then clean, dust and vacuum before we leave having completely cleaned the dryer exhaust system all within a short amount of time limiting any disturbance.
